Why won’t my payment go through?

If you are having issues with payment, please submit a support ticket here and we will be happy to help you get it processed as soon as possible!

How do I log in to view my course?

To log-in, simply head to, click "log-in" on the top right of the page and input your username and password. If you don’t remember your username and password, you can access the site through your original welcome email (the one you received when you purchased your course), which has your log-in information. If you cannot find your welcome email or still need help, no problem, we’re here for you! Just submit a support ticket here and we will be happy to help you!

How do I change a forgotten password?

The videos will not play on my phone?

Please check that your phone software and apps are up to date, then try logging out and back in again. If you are still having trouble, please submit a request and we'll be happy to help you!

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 14 day refund policy for our courses. Our education is time tested and we know it works. Our courses have helped thousands of new mothers around the world become more educated, prepared and empowered on their journeys, and helped them reach their personal breastfeeding and mothering goals! We receive feedback all the time from our members how important it is for them to have ongoing access to our courses, so they are able to refer back to them 24/7 after having their baby for the guidance and confidence building they need during those crucial first few months when they need it most (which many times is in the middle of the night, when there is no one else available to support them)! We want you to experience this same level of empowerment and support, too! As rare as it is that a member doesn’t share this experience after taking one of our courses, we understand it may happen and we stand behind our education, so all we ask is you watch the course within the first 14 days of purchase.
